The kindergarten of the municipality of Schwoich in Tyrol is a showcase project in terms of contemporary construction planning.
Adriane Gasteiger, master builder and graduate engineer at AGA-BAU Planungs GmbH, creates an elegant balancing act between tradition and modernity with this multi-part building complex.

Inside, a well thought-out acoustic concept ensures the best possible surround sound. This supports the educators in their daily work. Noise-related headaches can be prevented and health in the workplace is taken care of.
The children especially benefit from the fact that the excellent acoustics have a positive effect on their cognitive performance. Less noise means better concentration and the socio-emotional factors (e.g. the ability to deal with conflict) are more positive.
The company Holzbau Lengauer-Stockner GmbH is a specialist in the design, planning and execution of all wood construction work and, as a processor, has realized the fantastic interior work. The project was supplied by our renowned trading partner J. u. A. Frischeis GmbH Kramsach.
