Modern working environments. Office-Design "State of the Art".
The LVOVO Business Center is a construction project that not only meets the current, but also the future standards of modern working environments. The imposing building with excellent transport connections is located in the middle of the business district of Vilnius near the National Gallery of Art. Important companies and credit institutions from home and abroad have their headquarters in the immediate vicinity. The design for the modern building comes from the renowned architecture firm CLOUD, which has already implemented a large number of buildings in this part of town.
On a total area of around 23.000 m² there are individual and shared offices, conference and meeting rooms in various sizes, an atrium (capacity for over 400 people), a restaurant with a large kitchen, relaxation and rest areas as well as other practical features (parcel service, underground car parking, charging stations for electric cars, 24-hour reception, etc.). The tenants are mostly small and large companies from across the country. A modern engineering system offers comprehensive comfort. The technical solutions in the building are optimized to keep CO2 emissions as low as possible. The BREEAM certificate for energy class A + buildings underlines the environmentally friendly and sustainable concept behind the construction planning.
The inner building areas are designed in such a way that they optimally meet functional and ergonomic requirements. High ceilings between 2.8 m - 4.0 m provide free space and revision-compatible floors enable the work rooms to be adapted with the appropriate technical infrastructure, depending on the tenant's needs. In general, great importance was attached to the flexibility and comfort of the workspaces. Measuring devices automatically ensure an optimal room climate. The maximum possible window-to-wall ratio allows enough daylight into the interior of the building. There is a maximum of 5m between a workstation and the natural light source.
Working comfort is also guaranteed by the double-walled glass facade. This is equipped with automatic external blinds, an integrated sound insulation system against urban noise as well as optimal thermal conductivity and natural rear ventilation.
The imposing atrium of the LVOVO Business Center extends from the ground floor with the open entrance area to the 8th floor at a height of more than 30 m. A staircase marks the connecting element. On the front side, glass elements offer a generous view. Acoustic ribs complement the modern design and run, alternately mounted vertically and horizontally, right up to the roof. Despite the impressive height and the extensive use of glass, the elements ensure pleasant room acoustics.
slimline panels were chosen for the conference rooms and the restaurant. The high-quality decor (Hamilton Oak) comes into its own particularly well on the black MDF carrier and sets visual accents.
